Most families don’t want to move their loved one into a facility. They want them safe at home — and they want to stop worrying.
StayHome Solutions makes that possible.
Through non-invasive, technology-based monitoring, we keep an eye on what matters — fall detection, daily wellness patterns, and real-time alerts — so your family can breathe easier, no matter how far away you are.
No cameras. No wearables. No buttons to push. And no technical setup for your family to figure out. Just quiet, intelligent monitoring — professionally installed and locally supported by someone who already knows your family’s situation.

For families managing care from a distance, the fear isn’t just “what if something happens” — it’s “what if I don’t find out in time?”
StayHome Solutions was built for exactly that worry. It combines cutting-edge fall detection with a comprehensive remote monitoring platform, giving your loved one the freedom to live independently while keeping you and your care team informed and confident — day and night, every day of the year.
But unlike monitoring devices that ship to your door and leave families to figure out the rest on their own, StayHome Solutions is a fully managed, professionally installed, expert-supported program. We handle the setup. We handle the monitoring. And we bring 15 years of elder care experience to every enrollment — so the technology is always backed by someone who understands the human side of what you’re navigating.
Non-wearable, no-camera technology instantly detects falls and notifies designated care coordinators — no buttons, no wearables, no action required from your loved one.
Tracks daily movement, sleep quality, and routine patterns to catch subtle changes before they become serious concerns. You’ll know what a normal day looks like — and when something feels off.
Instant alerts sent directly to care coordinators via app or text — day or night, every day of the year. You’re never the last to know.
Many remote monitoring systems are products — you order them online, your family installs them, and your family is responsible for watching the data. That puts one more job on the shoulders of people who are already stretched thin.
StayHome Solutions is different. It’s a fully managed service backed by a certified elder care professional who already knows your community, your family’s concerns, and the local resources available to you.

✔ Certified Senior Home Safety Evaluation

✔ First Month of Monitoring Included
✔ Ongoing support from a certified elder care professional
Your enrollment includes a full Senior Home Safety Evaluation by a certified inspector. We don’t just set up the technology — we make sure the whole home is as safe as possible. And unlike an online product, we don’t hand you a box and walk away.
You don’t have to have everything figured out. Just reach out, and we’ll walk you through whether StayHome Solutions is the right fit for your family — no pressure, no obligation.
StayHome Solutions is Michigan Senior Care Specialists’ advanced remote safety monitoring program — designed for seniors who want to remain in their own home and families who want the peace of mind that comes with knowing an expert is in their corner.
This isn’t a medical alert button or a camera system. And it’s not a monitoring device that gets shipped to your door with instructions for you to figure out. It’s something different: a fully managed, professionally installed safety program backed by a certified elder care professional with 15 years of local experience — and a real relationship with your family.
StayHome Solutions uses discreet, non-wearable sensors placed throughout the home. No cameras, no microphones, no wearable devices. The system works in the background — invisibly and continuously — so your loved one never has to do anything to stay protected.
We handle the entire setup. From the initial home safety evaluation to the day of installation, your family doesn’t need to figure out a thing. Once the system is live, alerts go directly to the care coordinators — so no one is left trying to interpret data dashboards on their own.
Here’s what the system monitors:
Fall Detection- If a fall occurs, the system detects it immediately and notifies care coordinators by app or text — day or night. You don’t have to rely on your loved one being able to push a button. The system does it automatically.
Activity & Wellness Monitoring - Over time, the system learns what a normal day looks like for your loved one. If daily patterns shift — a change in sleep, unusual inactivity, or a disrupted routine — the system flags it. These early signals often point to health changes that families would otherwise miss until they become serious.
24/7 Real-Time Notifications - Alerts go directly to the care coordinators — via app or text message. No lag, no third-party dispatch delay. Just immediate, direct communication.
Your $1,899 enrollment fee covers everything needed to get started — and unlike a product you’d order online, it comes with professional support from start to finish:
Certified Senior Home Safety Evaluation - Before any technology is installed, a Senior Care Specialist conducts a thorough home safety evaluation as a certified inspector through AgeSafe America. This isn’t just a checklist — it’s a real look at your loved one’s home through the lens of fall risk, environmental hazards, and long-term safety planning. You’ll receive a detailed report with recommendations, regardless of whether every issue can be addressed immediately.
Professional Installation - All equipment is professionally installed in the home by our team. Everything is tested, confirmed working, and explained to your family before we leave. You don’t need to be tech-savvy — we handle everything.
First Month of Monitoring - Your first full month of 24/7 monitoring is included in the enrollment package — so you can experience the peace of mind before your first monthly billing cycle begins.
Monthly Monitoring: $249/month - After the first month, monitoring continues at $249/month. There are no long-term contracts — families can cancel at any time.
We didn’t add StayHome Solutions as a product line. We added it because families kept asking us the same question: “How do I keep Mom safe at home without moving her to a facility?”
This program is our answer.
Because our background is in hospice and elder care consulting — not technology sales — our approach is fundamentally different from a device you’d find on a retail website. Every enrollment starts with a certified home safety evaluation, not a sales pitch. We assess the home, get to know your loved one’s situation, and make sure the technology is genuinely the right fit before anything is installed.
And when the system sends an alert, you’re not on your own to figure out what it means. You’re working with someone who already knows your family — someone with the background and local knowledge to help you understand what’s happening and what to do next.
We’re not a call center. We’re not a national chain. We’re a locally-operated service rooted in Michigan, and we stand behind every recommendation we make with 15 years of experience in elder care, hospice, and home safety.

No. StayHome Solutions uses non-wearable sensors placed throughout the home — nothing your loved one needs to put on, charge, or remember to use. The system runs quietly in the background, completely independent of any action on their part.
Most monitoring products you’ll find online are essentially DIY — your family receives a device, installs it themselves, and is then responsible for watching the data on their own. That can work for some families, but it puts one more job on people who are already stretched thin.
StayHome Solutions is a fully managed service. We conduct a certified home safety evaluation before anything is installed. Our team handles the entire installation professionally. And the monitoring is supported by someone with 15 years of elder care experience who already knows your family’s situation — not just a technology platform you’re navigating on your own.
A certified Senior Home Safety Inspector through AgeSafe America, will conduct a thorough walk-through of your loved one’s home — assessing fall risks, environmental hazards, and safety concerns room by room. You’ll receive a detailed report with recommendations. This evaluation is included in your enrollment at no additional charge, and it happens before any equipment is installed.
All alerts are sent to a team member of Michigan Senior Care Specialists, they will evaluate the alert and follow up with the individual and family.
Most installations are completed in an hour. We handle everything — your family doesn’t need to be tech-savvy, and your loved one doesn’t need to do anything. When we leave, the system is live and tested.
The enrollment fee is $1,899, which includes the certified Senior Home Safety Evaluation, professional equipment installation, and your first full month of monitoring. After the first month, monitoring continues at $249/month.
There is no long-term contract. After the initial enrollment, monitoring continues month-to-month and you can cancel at any time.
That’s exactly what StayHome Solutions is designed for. The system detects falls automatically — no button to push, no call to make. If a fall is detected, your designated care coordinators are notified immediately, even if your loved one is unconscious or unable to speak.
Yes. We serve all of Michigan.
Medical alert buttons require your loved one to push a button — which isn’t always possible after a fall or during a medical event. StayHome Solutions works without any action from your loved one. It also does much more than fall detection: it monitors daily wellness patterns and activity changes, giving families early signals before a crisis occurs.
Not at all. That’s one of the key reasons families choose StayHome Solutions over a DIY monitoring product. We handle the entire installation and setup. We walk your family through how the alerts work. And if you ever have questions about what the system is telling you, you have a real person to call — not a customer service line.
Just call, text, or email us. There’s no obligation — we’re happy to answer your questions, walk you through the program, and help you decide if it’s the right fit. That’s how we’ve always worked, and StayHome Solutions is no different.
